The Spring/Summer edition of RL Cares ‘ONE IN, ALL IN’ has recently been published and is a great read, featuring news on player welfare, the games heritage, a profile on Wigan and Great Britain Legend Andy Gregory and all the wonderful work the organisation undertakes. We’ve also taking a full page ad in the publications promoting our international Rugby League collection and we contribute profits from our sales – both wholesale and consumer to this wonderful charity.

Our relationship with Rugby League Cares began in 2017 when we were approached to develop a heritage clothing range for the Great Britain Rugby League Lions Association. Since, then we’ve enjoyed an excellent and successful partnership, developing the ‘Hall of Fame’ collection, that celebrates the careers of former greats of the game.

The charity has responsibility for delivering player welfare programmes to the professional and semi-professional game; it supports players at the end of their careers when they make the transition to life after rugby, providing education and training grants that will equip them with the skills and qualifications they need for the next stage of their lives. We are proud to partner RL Cares and through the sales of our Rugby League Heritage Clothing Collections contribute directly to the Charity and at the same time promote the wonderful history of the game.

The charity is also there for current and former players who are enduring poor health or hardship by offering practical and financial support.

RL Cares champions the sport’s rich heritage and is the custodian of its collections and archives, which are staged in a state-of-the-art facility at the University of Huddersfield, Heritage Quay. The charity is aiming to open the sport’s first-ever National Rugby League Museum within the Grade 1-listed City Hall in Bradford.

We are currently working on our latest ‘Hall of Fame’ collections and hope to launch later this year.
