Shopping
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation on each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the “add to cart” button. Click on the “Size Chart” link at the top of the page if you need help with sizing

Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking on the “items” button at the top of your page under the shopping cart. You will then be given an option to either ‘update’, ‘continue shopping’ or ‘checkout’. If you choose to checkout then you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.

We accept all major credit, debit cards for payment via pay pal. Please quote your order number in all communications.

If you are shopping from outside the U.K. for example North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Shipping & Handling Charges and Delivery Schedule
UK Mainland : For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by Royal Mail or delivery by carrier. A flat charge of £3.95 is made. For two or more items a charge of £5.95 will be made. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

Channel Islands : For products to be delivered to the Channel Islands we will ship by either Royal Mail or a courier service. A flat charge of £9.95 will be made for any number of items. Please select Channel Islands as the country for your invoice/delivery address. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

European Union : For products to be delivered within the EU a charge of £9.95 is made for the first item. An extra charge of £2.00 per item is made thereafter. Goods are dispatched to EU countries by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier.
Delivery times vary throughout the EU. Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

Rest of the World : For products to be delivered to the Rest Of The World a charge of £15.95 is made for the first item. An extra charge of £5.00 per item is made thereafter. Goods are dispatched throughout the rest of the world [non-UK or EU countries] by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier.
Delivery times vary throughout the world. Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

Delivery to a BFPO Address
For products delivered to BFPO addresses, the delivery is charged at standard UK shipping rates. Please select United Kingdom as the delivery destination and enter your BFPO number in the Post/Zip code section.

Guarantee & Returns Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from ellis rugby.com, you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. All items must be returned ‘as sold’: in resellable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements Ellis Rugby cannot accept the item back. We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items. An additional postage charge of £3.00 is applicable to any item sent out in exchange.

Faulty Goods
We try to ensure that all goods supplied by Ellis Rugby are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, please email ‘info@ellisrugby.com’ and we will email you the return address. Ellis Rugby recommends that you get a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office or Courier – we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit. Please note: all faulty goods must be clean and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any return we deem to be too dirty.
