The Laussane R.F.C. Vintage Rugger. A classic Rugby Jersey featuring commemorative badge as well as subtle Ellis Rugby branding.


The establishment of Laussane R.F.C. took place in 1867. The club began playing its football at the Rosemary Branch Ground (once east of the current Blake’s Road, and now covered by the vast North Peckham Estate).

1874 saw the club relocate to New Cross Gate before moving again in 1875 to Dulwich. Whilst playing at Dulwich the players would change at the Greyhound pub in Dulwich Village.

Laussane was one of the 21 clubs responsible for forming the Rugby Football Union in 1871. The RFU was to be run by a President, a Secretary and treasurer as well as a committee. No representatives from Laussane were elected on to the 13 strong committee. The club was disbanded in 1881 after fourteen seasons.

Manufactured from satin touch 100% Cotton. The Laussane R.F.C. Vintage Rugger features stylish Embroidery and overlock stitching detail on the collar and body. Also included on this garment is a smart patch badge on the back and woven ’21 Club label’ sewn to hem. In addition Ellis Rugby branding also features on this Rugger.

The Laussane Rugger is available in sizes M – XXL in either Red or Navy.
