Great Britain played sensational attacking rugby. They broke all kinds of records. As they swept New Zealand aside by 53 points to 19 points. It had the local crowd of over 7,000 in raptures.

The result was a piece of history. As Holmes scored two tries. And ten goals. To set an international word record of 26 points. It also meant he couldn’t be left out of the team for the Final.
