Gloucester Rugby Vintage Polo

This sample was produced for Gloucester. The Polo design was requested by Oxen, the sportswear supplier at the time who appointed Ellis Rugby to produce the retro Cotton styles for Gloucester under the 1873 brand.

Gloucester’s traditional home colours are synonymous with the historic Cherry and White hoops, which date back to the late 19th century. This design incorporated two tones of red hoops to create a stylish Gloucester Rugby Vintage Polo.
